The Albanian Football Federation is working to return Taulant Xhaka to the team. When almost two years have passed, there is an attempt from Albania to bring him back to the National Team, as he is seen as a very valuable element in the midfield department. The Swiss media '4-4-2.ch' has reported that the AFL is trying to convince Xhaka to return to Albania and help the Reds and Blacks to qualify for the next European tournament to be held in Germany.
According to information from Switzerland, the belief has grown within the AFL that Xhaka has been an important part of the team in the past and that he would use his experience to make the big step towards the European Championship. Xhaka is the main priority of the AFL and it is exactly the president Armand Duka who has undertaken the work to bring Taulant back to the red and black jersey. Xhaka has played 30 matches with the National Team and scored 1 goal.
