Albion Ademi has started his new adventure with Peng City in the Chinese Super League with a goal. The Albanian striker scored in the fifth minute of the first week of the championship, in the transfer against Chengdu Rongcheng, unlocking the result for his team.
However, the early advantage was not enough for Adem's team, who were then overwhelmed and defeated by a score of 5–1 by the home team.
Ademi was unable to finish the match, as he was forced to leave injured after the end of the first half.
The Albanian striker is also remembered for his inclusion in the Albanian national team in 2018, when he was invited by then-coach Christian Panucci. However, he failed to make his debut, as he remained on the bench in the two matches against Scotland and Wales.
At that time, the 27-year-old decided to leave Finland to represent Albania on the international stage.
In December, his name was also mentioned for a possible transfer to the Albanian Super League. However, such a move did not materialize and Ademi continued his career in the Chinese championship.
