Football player Alvaro Morata has ended his marriage with his wife, Alice Campello, with whom he has 4 children.
The Milan attacker confirmed the split in a post on Instagram, where he says that this decision was painful for them and came after some time of reflection.
He says that during their marriage they had a wonderful relationship where they respected each other.
"After some time of reflection, Alice and I made the decision to part ways. A wonderful and respectful relationship in which we loved and helped each other a lot. They were wonderful years, the fruit of which were four children, who are definitely the best thing we ever did. It is a painful decision, so we ask for respect and sensitivity", he writes.
Their love story lasted 8 years. They are parents to twins Alessandro and Edoardo, who are 6, Leonardo, 3, and Bella, 1.
"Don't make up stories for a minute of stardom because, I repeat, there was no lack of respect at any point, just a lot of constant misunderstandings that little by little have consumed the relationship. Alice will always have a special place in my heart and everything we experienced together was incredible and unforgettable," concluded the 31-year-old Spaniard.
