Kosovo Albanian striker Jetmir Topalli continues to be a protagonist in the Turkish First League, finding the net again for Serik Spor. However, his goal was not enough to avoid defeat, as his team was defeated 3-4 by Pendikspor in a dramatic encounter.
Pendikspor started the game furiously, scoring three goals in the first half and closing the first half with a deep 0-3 lead.
Serik Spor's reaction came in the second half. In the 74th minute, it was Jetmir Topalli who narrowed the gap, scoring for 1-3 and reopening the match. After this moment, the home team increased the pressure and managed to temporarily equalize the score thanks to goals from Monte and Cejlan, bringing the score to 3-3.
However, when it seemed that the match would end in a draw, Pendikspor scored the decisive goal in the 93rd minute. It was Rogerio Thuram who scored the winning goal, sealing the final score 3-4.
For Jetmir Topalli, this was the third goal in seven appearances for Serik Spor, since his loan transfer in January from Bandirmaspor.
