The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Federation has published the final decisions related to the last week of activities in the country. The decisions include all levels of competition, from the Superior Category to the youth championships.
Egnatia captain Albano Aleksi has been suspended for four matches. According to the official announcement, the punishment has been reduced to two matches, taking into account the circumstances of the case. Practically, the player only had the last match of the “Final Four” stage at his disposal, which makes this decision with a direct impact on the end of the season for the reigning champion team.
The focus of Discipline has also been on the Skënderbeg club. After Laç was declared champion at the Korça stadium, local fans threw objects onto the playing field. For this incident, the Korça club was fined 200 thousand new lekë.

KF Egnatia player, Albano Aleksi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activity. In application of articles 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the implementation of the punishment is decided after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.
KF Skënderbeu, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities for order and safety in the match, as well as for incorrect behavior of spectators, by throwing objects on the playing field and endangering the safety of officials and players of the opposing team, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/a, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek, as well as with the development of 2 (two) matches without the presence of spectators. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
KF Sopoti official, Fatjon Xhafa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards officials and players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activity.
KF Shiroka player, Arsid Gradeci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
KF Përmeti, for abandoning the valid match of the Third Category National Championship, against KF Skrapari, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/c of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 10%.
KF Shënkolli, for abandoning the valid match of the Third Category National Championship, against FK Skrapari, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/c of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 10%.
Apollo U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-15 Championship against KF Vllaznia U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Egnatia U-18, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-18 Championship, against FC Dinamo City U-18, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Pogradeci U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-19 Championship, against KF Shkodra U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Turbina U-16 player, Abdullah Musta, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches of suspension from activity.
FC Albanet U-16 player, Rejan Kurti, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
The A team, U-13, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, Shkodër Regional Zone, against Bashkimi U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
The A team, U-15, for activating players who were not eligible to play in the valid match of the Second Category U-15 Championship, Shkodër Regional Zone, against FC Scutari U-15, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
The rejection of KF Iliria's request regarding the Redi Maloku stadium, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
