A serious security incident interrupted the traditional White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday night, where US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump were evacuated after shots were fired. The incident occurred in the ballroom of the Washington Hilton hotel, causing panic among those in attendance.
Authorities said a suspect was arrested at the scene by the FBI, while the Secret Service confirmed the incident occurred near the main security checkpoint at the hotel's entrance.
