After the success of the investigation strategy in the municipality of Tirana, where it initially seized phones and computers and everything it found from the officials of the municipality and the employees of the "5D" company, it seems that SPAK's priority has now become the municipality of Elbasan.
It is known that the investigation of a tender in the municipality of Elbasan has led to the seizure by BKH of the telephones of two employees of this institution who are suspected of being involved in criminal activity in the predetermination of tenders through corruption.
The intervention of BKH was made yesterday, where it is learned that they first went to the premises of the municipality run by Gledian Llatja, seizing a phone from one of the employees whose function is public procurement in this municipality.
Also, it is reported that the BKH agents came to the street and stopped the other employee, communicating the decision to confiscate the phone. After compiling the record of the seizure of the telephone, the employee of the municipality was released.
The employee of the municipality did not show resistance, but these actions leave us to understand that in SPAK, it is already being investigated for a nepotism scheme with the determination of public tenders in the municipality of Elbasan, the same as what happened in the municipality of Tirana, where arrested several directors of this institution.
