A few hours before the distribution of election materials in the city of Vlora, 5 groups created by OSCE/ODIHR representatives have begun observing the CEAZs and Voting Centers.
According to sources, these groups will remain in the city throughout the election process, monitoring the development of the distribution of materials, as well as subsequent activities on voting day and vote counting.
Also, to ensure comprehensive supervision, OSCE/ODIHR teams will be present in the municipalities of Himara and Selenica, as well as in several other municipalities at the regional level, to ensure the transparency and integrity of the electoral process.
This observation measure aims to contribute to supporting a peaceful, fair and credible electoral process.
