January 21, 2011, Zef Brozi: Terrorist act, SPAK is delaying the investigations

Zef Brozi, former head of the Court of Cassation in Albania, calls the 4 murders of January 21 a terrorist act.

In a post on social media, Brozi states that today, when 14 years are marked since this state crime, impunity and injustice for January 21st still continue.

The investigations have been in the hands of SPAK for 6 months now, but according to Brozi, they are dragging on because of the prime minister who ordered this terrorist act. According to him, this dragging on proves that there are still prosecutors and judges who defend Sali Berisha's crimes.

"Today, on the 14th anniversary of January 21, 2011, when the Berisha state killed 4 protesters and injured dozens of others, due to the shame and corruption of the courts and the prosecution, Impunity and Injustice continue. The delays and procrastination that SPAK is making with the investigations of the Prime Minister's Order of this terrorist act prove that there are still prosecutors and judges who defend Sali Berisha's crimes," writes Zef Brozi.

Today marks 14 years since the killing of 4 protesters on the Boulevard on January 21, 2011. The case is being investigated by SPAK, while political levels have not been questioned.

On January 21, the following were killed: Aleks Nika, Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda and Faik Myrtaj.
