Former prosecutor Shkëlqim Hajdari spoke about the investigations for January 21st.
He stated that people who have knowledge of this matter will need to testify in order to provide evidence for the full disclosure of this file.
" I feel sad, years have passed and the case is still not closed. Dumani and I are people who are in love with justice. If there was one thing that united me with Dumani during those years that we worked, it was human justice. We stood for the right, for the truth. We thought that the appeal we made would be resolved by the Supreme Court, but to the surprise of all professionals, it was overturned in the consulting room.
I am convinced that there are things that need to be clarified in that case, but what is needed more is for people who know, a group of people who know how things have developed, to cooperate with the prosecution to tell the truth about some things that have not been clarified so far.
"The pressure has been strong for everyone regarding the January 21 issue, there have also been implicit acts of threat, but only the creator can stop me, but for the pressure to work, this has not happened and I am convinced that it never happens with most prosecutors ," he said when invited today to the "Albania Live" show on Top Channel.
