Analyst Mentor Kikia spoke to Euronews Albania on the Now show with moderator Erla Mëhilli, regarding the events of January 21 and Sali Berisha's summons to SPAK.
According to him, audio tapping is the only point that can be used to prove whether or not Berisha gave the order for that event.
