Journalist Bledian Koka, speaking about the reinstatement of the security measure "obligation to appear" by GJKKO, for former prime minister Sali Berisha, said that based on Berisha's statements and the protest that PD has planned in front of SPAK on Monday, it is implied that the chief democrat will respect this time the measure given by the court.
" If you look at Berisha's message after the security measure was granted, as well as the message of the DP structures' protest, it is implied that Berisha will implement the security measure 'obligation to appear', despite the objections he has. He said himself that he will respect the decision despite the fact that we disagree with it and have chosen our legal path ," Koka said.
Earlier, Berisha did not respect the "obligation to appear" measure given by the court, causing GJKKO to take him to house arrest.
Regarding the change in Berisha's attitude, Koka said that it is not Berisha who has changed, but justice which has come to Berisha's constitutional standards.
"Most likely, Berisha will go there. Berisha has not changed, but justice has come to the constitutional standards that Berisha requested ," Koka said.
