Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has commented on the Safet Gjic scandal. According to him, thanks to the investigations, emphasizing that it should be clearly understood whether we are dealing with a crime, administrative violation, ethical violation or another offense.
Spahiu said that until these moments there are no facts and evidence for the commission of a crime. The prosecution has started the investigation to finally find out if the sexual relationship was carried out in abuse of duty or with the desire of the girl who is in the video.
" With the desire of the girl in the mayor's office, it is not abuse of duty. The criminal offense provided for by the Penal Code states, Article 105, provides for sexual intercourse committed by abusing the duty with subordinates, that is, asking for favors in exchange for sexual intercourse. Until now, there is no report that this sexual relationship was carried out in exchange for a favor ", said Spahiu in an interview for "Euroneës Albania".
