Is SPAK controlled by the government? Here's what the citizens think

Citizens have been asked if SPAK is controlled by the government.

In one of the statements for "Barometer", it is said: "According to Rama, without the leadership of the Socialist Party, Albania would not be able to carry out the justice reform". 47.7% of the respondents agree with this and 26.2% disagree.

While in the other statement: "According to Sali Berisha, SPAK is controlled by the government". 49.2% disagree and 29.9% agree with this statement.
