The pedagogue and professor of political sciences, Roland Lami, spoke about the mandate of the President of the Constitutional Court, Holta Zaçaj. The latter, until now, has given signals that she will not agree to leave her position.

It is presented to the Parliament and the parliament votes. Even the precedent is set, this is where my interpretation begins, breaking the rule and disrespecting the Constitution.
