Lawyer Rezart Kthupi has spoken about the mandate of Holta Zaçaj in the Constitutional Court. He said that there is a clash between the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court.
"The Constitutional Court, in accordance with the laws, had to announce the vacancy for the position of Zacaj on December 10, but after it did not do so, the Supreme Court intervened by announcing the vacancy" , Kthupi told "News 24".
On the other hand, Edvin Kulluri said that Zacaj's mandate cannot be extended beyond the specified date.
"Mrs. Zaçaj does not have the right to stay one day more in this mandate. "The Constitutional Court has full authority on the issues and is not dependent on the Venice Commission," said Kulluri.
