Andoni emphasizes that yesterday's speech in front of the municipality employees was a show of strength from Rama. According to the analyst, Rama is using elements that "also seem to defend Veliaj, and it seems like he is close to SPAK".
" Personally, I find it a little tiring in this tense situation that is Tirana to hold such meetings. This is done through circulars, but it is not Rama's responsibility to gather the people of the municipality. The messages he gave were more to show the work of the socialists and the progress of Tirana under the rule of the socialists."

But the municipality's main task is to respond to problems and not to be so obedient to political power.

Asked whether or not he is defending Rama-Veliaj, Andoni says:
" Veliaj is in the most difficult moment of his life. They will have other arguments that they have not shown to the public. Rama uses these elements, which also seem to defend Veliaj, and it seems as if he is close to SPAK. What is worrying in my opinion is after the May 11 elections, with the part of the assistance that he will do for the elections, will he have a voice or not, this is a big dilemma for the public, because it is the only institution that is keeping the hopes of Albanians alive ."
