Analyst Andi Bushati debated with SP MP Ardit Bido about the Socialist Party's stance on SPAK. In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", Bushati called the majority's stance on the Special Prosecutor's Office absurd.
He emphasized that the SP, on the one hand, portrays SPAK as a repressive institution, while on the other hand, tries not to appear as if there is a clash between the majority and SPAK.

Andi Bushati : I'm saying it like you, SPAK made a mistake. You say about SPAK, Balluk was given a public trial, that's why Rama is dealing with those 16 thousand pages, because as a former lecturer had told Ulsi, when you give too many pages you don't have facts, then SPAK is repressive, SPAK detains you unnecessarily and without trial. Then I agree with them on this, but if we said this, we can't say we are at peace with SPAK. If this is your picture of SPAK, then this is an institution that needs to be defused. If it puts people in prison unnecessarily, manipulates evidence, holds a public trial like in the time of Enver, then you shouldn't evaluate it. That's why I say, it clearly seems that you have a clash with SPAK, you're saying it's a scam, it's getting into an absurd debate.
Ardit Bido : You are starting from a wrong premise, I have not heard from any SP exponent, to say about a final decision is correct or wrong. It has not happened, to give the initial protection to the "baby" that we are building, so that it is not damaged by political rhetoric. When the moment of consolidation comes, politics will do this.
The second premise, it is true, the arrest measures are scandalous. It is true, we know this, how information flows and ends up in the media.
