Journalist Klodiana Lala, speaking about the conflict over shares between shareholders of the Vlora airport, Behgjet Pacolli and Valon Ademi, stated that if violations are discovered, the state has the right to seize the airport.
Lala said that the moment prosecutors prove that the numbers were changed based on forged documents and their collision undermines a strategic investment, the seizure will take place.
"Valon Ademi, who is the owner of "2A Group", has addressed the prosecution with a criminal report against Behgjet Pacolli, his brother and the former administrator. The prosecution has opened an investigation. During this time, about two months, the prosecutors have questioned Valon Ademi, Pacolli's brother, Nelson Çela, the former administrator and Valon Lluka, also a former administrator.
The Tirana Prosecution Office has a person under investigation, Nelson Cela, former administrator of “Mabco”. Nelson Çela is under investigation for unauthorized interference in computer data, as prosecutors claim that he changed the data not in favor of 2A Group. The moment prosecutors prove that the numbers were changed based on forged documents and their collision violates a strategic investment, the seizure is made.
