This Thursday, Lulzim Basha crossed the threshold of the Special Prosecution Office alone, more than a year after the registration of the investigations into the tragedy of January 21. Basha was questioned in his capacity as a declarant, while he is on the list of those reported by the family of Aleks Nika.
Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha revealed in "Top Story" what the former leader of the Democratic Party (DP) stated before special prosecutors.
"Lulëzim Basha has claimed that he did not give any orders and that he carried out his duty. I was not officially told this statement by Basha, I will have to confirm it again. What I was told is that "soon, without confirming the date and day, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha may also be called as a declarant", said the journalist.
Hoxha added that the former secretary general of the prime minister's office was also present at SPAK, and was asked about the security cameras, who said that he had carried out his duty like all other officials.
