The 'Sterilization' affair, new details from the SPAK file reveal the "suspicious movements" of Ilir Beqaj

New details have come to light on the sterilization file from which it is learned that the concessionary contract inflated costs by 56.4% compared to the public sector.

KLSH raised the concern that the costs have been greatly inflated and have caused damage to the state budget. Afterwards, the institution requested an investigation for the persons involved, among them the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqajn.

According to the file, in 2011-2012, a sterilization center with a capacity of 60,000 operations was built, but it has not been put into operation.

Although Beqaj was aware of this sterilization center, he still gave a concession to sterilize surgical sets.

Rjepaj's email was also seized, in 2014 he was sent two emails by businessman Ilir Rrapaj.

For this SPAK file, the sterilization businessman and the former Deputy Minister of Health were arrested, who were arrested and jailed the day before by GJKKO.
