In a video published on the social networks of the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqja, various doctors are shown talking about the benefits of the sterilization concession.
Doctors who talk only about their technical part and the practical functionality of sterilization and not about the financial cost or how the 100-million sterilization concession was made.
In one of the videos published by Beqja, the well-known surgeon, Arben Beqiri, is one of the only ones to let it be understood that the costs of the concession can be an affair, or at least an unprofessional calculation. And in the video message published by Beqja on Facebook, the care shown by the well-known doctor Beqiri in sharing the case is clearly visible.
But who was one of the doctors who signed the technical documentation to give 'OK' to the corrupt concession?
It is not difficult to understand, the one who was illegally rewarded by Edi Rama's government is Arben Gjata, who was given two important positions in health, that of the Rector of the University of Medicine and the Chief of Surgery at QSUT.
It was the doctor Arben Beqiri who took the conflict of interest and the violation of the law with both feet by the minister Ogerta Manastirliu and the doctor Gjata to the court.
But nothing happened, because the law was being violated intentionally, and it was not an unconscious violation of the law, but a reward for Djuta for the services rendered.
The lawsuit of the well-known surgeon, Arben Beqiri, against Ogerta Manastirli and Arben Tjata was rejected by the court with a sarcastic argument, "the lawsuit was not formulated properly".
So, obviously, directed justice could not act against Djta, because he had served the government.
In his accusation filed in court, Dr. Beqiri argues that the Ministry of Health has flagrantly violated the law by giving the rector of the University of Medicine a second post, the direction of the surgery service at QSUT, a key position that requires engagement with full time.
"I am here as a citizen and I seek the protection of the law, not at all for my personal interests. I will get to the bottom of the matter, there is a pure conflict of interest here. This has been noticed by the entire academic staff", said Beqiri.
The choice of Djuta as Chief of the Digestive Surgery Service was made directly by the government.
And 'strangely' it coincides with the time after the sterilization concession was passed.
It was rumored at that time that Edi Rama and Ogerta Manastirliu broke the law for Arben Gjata as a strange move, which was quickly extinguished due to the power that their power has over the media.
They tried to pass the scandal by whispering that the long-time rival, one of the most excellent doctors in his field, had a "stain in his biography" and was penalized.
But it wasn't just a 'blemish on the biography' of surgeon Beqiri, but there was a high obligation to Tjata for the firms in the millions sterilization concession that made it possible to appoint him arbitrarily to two positions.
