Analyst Neritan Sejamini stated that all concessions granted were made with the knowledge of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", he said that these contracts worth 3-4 billion euros, as well as another 4 billion that were not given as concessions, would not be given if Rama did not give approval.
" There is no point in discussing, I know, I don't know, Mr. Rama, that it is indisputable that I know, and the longer we go on with this, it is a loss of the argument. Rama knows because the concessions have reached a value of 3-4 billion euros. There are also 4 billion that were not given as a concession, but they are the same schemes. These decisions are not given unless approved by the Prime Minister.
All concessions have one thing in common: they offer a service that is not necessary. The concession of the cheque ap, no one needs and it has not been made in any country in the world and it was invented to reward a client of the prime minister.
Even for incinerators. We have had foreign aid to solve the garbage problem through recycling, reuse and landfilling and incineration has been the last option and not embraced by this government. So the government solves a problem that is not a problem. So is the concession of the laboratories, which privatizes them, marking a unique case in the world. All this would not be done if the prime minister did not want it , "said Sejamini.
