Accused of abuse of office, GJKKO declares incompetence for Maksim Sota, Artur Krasniqi and Ilirjan Balla

The Special Court decided to declare incompetence for the trial of former prosecutor Maksim Sota, former judicial police officer Artur Krasniqi and former police deputy director Ilirian Balla.

They are suspected of abuse of office.

The court declared and the case should be transferred to the court of Durrës.

Maksim Sota was previously prosecuted by SPAK within the framework of the "Spirit" operation.
