On June 12, 2023, Alban Thika, the owner of the phantom company "Novaric Sh.pk", has filed a Civil Lawsuit against "Pamphlet", for the published denunciations regarding the activity of bringing into Albania citizens from Bangladesh, Nigeria, Nepal, Uganda etc., etc.
Many of these citizens, when they were caught by the Albanian police in Tirana, Shkodër, Gjirokastër, Dibër and Kapshticë being transported illegally, have declared that they are construction, restaurant, tourism, fishing, cleaning, hotel and agriculture workforce, mediated by the company Maltese "Novaric" based in Shkodër.
In fact, under false logos and papers as workers, they are trafficked to EU countries via Montenegro and Serbia, transiting through Albania; activity for which there is evidence, that Alban Thika carries out in cooperation with several fashion, construction, fishing, resort, hotel businesses, and even with the owner of a tower in the former block where he gave him an office. Për çfarë sikletesh e fsheh Alban Thika, faktin që është vetëm shtetas i Maltës e me ca “njolla” punësh të pista në Australi, ku deklaron se gjoja ka kryer studime universitare për rekrutim punonjësish nga vendet e botës së tretë?
