The assets seized are apartments in Vlora and Tirana, bank accounts, land and cars.
SPAK requests the confiscation of the seized assets of a criminal organization of international drug trafficking.
According to an announcement, SPAK informs that the assets seized belong to 5 persons, Eridan Veliu, Sokol Sokol C(Ç)amer, Julian Veliu, Deljana Nebiu, Leknos Nebiu.
It is learned that the 5 persons have been charged in the Kingdom of Belgium for the criminal offences: "Criminal organization with the aim of international trafficking of narcotics in cooperation and cleaning of the products of the criminal offence".
Meanwhile, the assets seized are 10 apartments in Vlora and Tirana, vehicles, units, and two bank accounts in the value of ALL 3,128,443.19 and 12,011.62 Euro .

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime submitted to the Special Court of First Instance, on 08.01.2025, the request for the confiscation of assets seized in the context of property proceedings no. 9 of 2023.
SPAK registered the above procedure, for the property investigation of citizens: Eridan Veliu, Sokol Sokol C(Ç)amer, Julian Veliu, Deljana Nebiu, Leknos Nebiu and related persons, who have been accused in the Kingdom of Belgium of criminal offenses: "Organization crimes with the purpose of international trafficking of narcotic substances in cooperation as well as cleaning of the proceeds of the criminal offense", provided by the Belgian criminal legislation, as well as by the articles 283/a, 287, 333/a of the Albanian Criminal Code.
Based on the provisions of law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009, "On the Prevention and Punishment of Organized Crime, Trafficking, Corruption and other Crimes through Preventive Measures against Property", amended by Law No. 70/2017, the movable and immovable assets of persons under property investigation and persons related to them.
At the end of the property investigation, it turns out that the seized assets are unjustified from legal sources and therefore it is presumed that they are the result of the criminal activity of the accused persons and persons related to them.
The seized assets for which confiscation is requested are:
Apartment, with an area of 42.38 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë, owned by citizen Deljana Nebiu.
Apartment with an area of 25.01 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë, owned by citizen Deljana Nebiu.
Apartment with an area of 15.54 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë, owned by citizen Deljana Nebiu,
Apartment with an area of 43.50 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë, owned by citizen Deljana Nebiu.
Apartment with an area of 39.83 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë, owned by citizen Deljana Nebiu.
Unit with an area of 67.5 m2 and a common area of 7.5 m2, a total of 75 m2, at the address Bulevardi Blu street, Neighborhood no. 3, Kamez, commissioned by Deljana Nebiu.
Apartment with a surface area of 23 m2, address Pallat tek Diga e Liqeni, Tirana owned by Flora Nebiu.
Apartment with an area of 42.38 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë, owned by citizen Eridan Rexhep Nebiu.
Service unit with an area of 56.56 m2, at the address Lagjia "Uji i Ftohte", Vlora, owned by citizen Eridan Rexhep Nebiu.
