The former director of OSHEE Ardian Çela presented himself this morning to the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.
Çela kept his mouth shut in front of journalists, saying only that he was not called for what is alluded to in the media.

It is not yet known why Adrian Çela has been called to SPAK, while the former director of OSHEE has been publicly accused by the Democratic Party of having a complete file with evidence and facts of what the opposition calls the pyramid set up by the Socialist Party for the purchase of votes in the Durrës district.
It seems that after the arrest of the socialist deputy in Durrës Jurgis Çyrbja, the election crime mentioned in the SPAK file has started to be investigated.
