Altin Dumani commented on the arrest of Ilir Meta, saying that the manner in which the measure was executed left much to be desired.
However, Dumani said that he does not feel responsible, as he did not execute the security measure.
" How do you characterize the manner of Ilir Meta's arrest ?" Tedi Blushi asked the head of SPAK in the Laws Committee.
" The execution orders are made by the state police. This is a daily practice built over the years. I do not feel responsible for the manner of the arrest because I did not execute the measure, even though it leaves much to be desired. But the prosecution is not responsible, " Dumani replied.
