The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has made a strong statement, saying that special prosecutors have been threatened by criminal organizations during investigations into their attacks.
In his speech at the Parliamentary Laws Committee, Dumani responded to questions from Democratic MP Klevis Balliu, stating that despite threats from criminal organizations.
" Prosecutors have fallen prey to threats from criminal organizations. Serious threats, to say the least. However, prosecutors have faced them and have faced them by building successful criminal cases ," said the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.
During his speech reporting on SPAK's activities during 2024, Dumani emphasized that the Special Prosecution Office identified 16 Albanian criminal groups with international activities and targeted 10 of them.
