Former Prosecutor Eugen Beci, commenting on the arrest of former President Ilir Meta, said that the security measure must be executed within the rules and orders.
Beci considered it unnecessary to include the Minister of the Interior in the debate, while adding that it is up to SPAK to provide clarifications, since this is the Prosecutor who requested the arrest of the former President.
He said that all the procedures, referring to the published videos, I can say were not respected at the time of the arrest.
