The issue of the arrest of lawyer Ulian Barjami after a conflict with the prosecutor in the courtroom in Elbasan was the first topic of discussion on the show "Të Pashoq" on the "Pamfleti" YouTube channel.
Speaking about this unprecedented case, journalist Bledian Koka stated that this is the fruit of a distorted justice system. According to Koka, this justice system, unable to be what it was promised, has become an instrument of violence and pressure in the hands of those who run it.
"The Elbasan incident comes within the framework of a series of events that are showing that justice is no longer responding to what it should be. So, an independent, impartial and effective justice. The problem with justice is that this Elbasan incident comes 2 weeks after a judge was killed in the courtroom. So the incident in justice is the product of violence and pressure that justice exerts on everyone. On lawyers, on politics and does not give it to citizens at all. And these are all moments where people who are aware and lead, must understand something; that this is a system that is losing faith in justice, the state has fallen. And I think we are in these dimensions. A justice that failed after great promises and that has already ended up as a tool and mechanism of pressure on those who own it ," Koka said in "Të Pashoj".
