The People's Advocate publishes the names of candidates for members of the KLJ and KLP, the complete list

The list of candidates who have applied to become members of the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecution Council was published today by the People's Advocate, Erinda Ballanca.

The other stages of the process, which include the verification of the fulfillment of the legal conditions of the candidates as well as the development of the evaluation procedure and their ranking based on professional and moral criteria, guaranteeing a fair and merit-based process, will be followed from the People's Advocate.

In the full notice there are the names of the candidates for members of the KLJ and KLP, and it is noted that this list can also be joined by applicants or organizations that may have sent their application within the relevant date by mail according to the legal rules for validity of the application.

At the end of the application deadline for submission of expressions of interest for members of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Supreme Prosecution Council from the Bar and Civil Society as well as for members of the Civil Society Commission who will carry out the preliminary verification of candidacies for the member who represents civil society in the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecution Council, the People's Advocate publishes the following list of candidates/applicant organizations. In the meantime, we emphasize the fact that applicants/organizations who may have sent their application within the relevant date by mail according to the legal rules for the validity of the application can also be added to this list.
