Lawyer Rezart Kthupi has stated that there is a secret agreement between the SP and the DP, which includes the decision to expel Sali Berisha from the Parliament.
Kthupi said that at the end of the year we will see if there will be any other agreement on constitutional changes.
The lawyer says: "They will make Rama president, immune from criminal law, they will make Berisha senator, immune from criminal law ."
" Everything is part of a scenario. Berisha was expelled so that the DP could start a boycott of Parliament. This boycott is the same as the fireworks war in Parliament that started in 2023. It started at the same time, in the same period, for the same things. Even then, two commissions were requested that the SP did not give them. They declared parliamentary war.
This time Berisha is expelled from the Assembly and the parliamentary boycott begins once again. This leaves the Socialist Party free to approve whatever law it wants because it no longer needs them with the numbers it has, even for facade. This is how this scenario plays out and at the end of the year we will see that there will be another agreement on constitutional changes. They will make Rama president, immune from criminal law, they will make Berisha senator, immune from criminal law "- he said.
