Ervis Martinaj's father, Mustafa Martinaj, has appeared for the second time at the Special Court in the context of the process for the confiscation of his son's assets.
This is a procedure related to the confiscation of 34 assets of Ervis Martinaj and persons associated with him, which are estimated to be worth around 10 million euros. The hearing was postponed again due to the absence of two lawyers.
After leaving court, Mustafa Martinaj told the media that, according to him, there has been no development from the authorities in solving his son's disappearance.
"They don't want to reveal it, so they leave it in Kurbin, after I gave them the exact coordinates and specific names," he said.
According to Mustafa Martinaj, criminal police leaders over the years have also had an interest in the incident not being covered up.
"I told SPAK everything when I came to testify at my request, no one has been interested since then," Martinaj concluded.
In October 2025, Ervis Martinaj's father also addressed the Lezha Court with the request that his son be officially declared missing, but the case has not yet reached a decision.
Meanwhile, for the Special Prosecution Office, as long as there is no evidence to prove the contrary, Ervis Martinaj is considered alive.
Ervis Martinaj continues to be internationally wanted by order of SPAK, following the testimony of the repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, who stated that Martinaj had offered him 500 thousand euros for the murder of Indri Dokles.
