One of the most powerful businessmen in the country has been summoned to SPAK. Journalist Basir Çollaku says that the businessman in question, considered an "oligarch", stayed for a full 4 hours inside SPAK premises.
"A super businessman, oligarch, the people say, among the biggest in the country, visited SPAK for 4 hours, not as a tourist. Even for some work, he was helped by a prosecutor whom Rama gave him a live visa...", writes the journalist.
Sources indicate that it is about the businessman Bashkim Ulaj.
It still remains unclear what he was summoned for, and what Ulaj stated before SPAK prosecutors.
Ulaj is the owner of several companies, one of the largest builders in Albania, and the beneficiary of many tenders worth hundreds of millions of euros over the years./ Vox
