Fredi Beleri is back as the story with the spirits of the cat. He has made another attempt for freedom, although in every request, every Court has rejected him.
Now the case has passed to the Court of Durrës, which must determine whether the decision of the General Directorate of Prisons, not to grant permission to Beler, is right or not. The permission to leave the prison is given or refused by the Directorate of Prisons, and in the case of refusal, the prisoner has the right to appeal to the court, which Beleri has already done.
Beleri could not take office, as the judicial authorities did not give him permission to take the oath.
Two days before the May 14 local elections, Beleri was arrested on charges of active corruption in elections or vote buying. One person cooperated with the police and the prosecutor's office of Vlora to document the fact of the accusation, and he was provided with the necessary logistics.
The infiltrator managed to get the sum of 40 thousand new lek in search of 8 votes in favor of Beler. Beleri was declared the winner by the cell in the election, but his oath was never taken to take office.
His arrest has provoked the reaction of Athens, which insistently demands his release, stating that his arrest has political connections.
Now this is how this work went, either Beleri or Athens should be surrendered, because justice has no intention, and thank God this day has come. Because such people, to whom Kosovo is responding with bullets, our poor country collars them in state offices.
