Journalist Anila Hoxha provided details on the Top Story show this Wednesday regarding the incident that occurred in Vlora a few days ago, where a 40-year-old man is suspected of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
Police have arrested 40-year-old Rinald Rakipaj, after the incident was reported. He, along with 33-year-old FQ, who is under investigation, is accused of encouraging the 15-year-old and her two friends, aged 15 and 16, to use narcotics.
" She kept leaving the house and her mother had called the police. The girl would leave and turn off her phone. Her mother, although she sought help, was unable to contact psychologists."
It turns out that the girl had dropped out of school, was a high school student and friends with the 15-year-old. The three of them went for a ride on Lungomare, one of the suspects knew the schoolgirl and they went for a ride in his car, another is also under investigation for failing to report a crime.
After they finished the walk, they asked to repeat the tour and asked to stay together, saying they would get permission from their parents to be with each other. Like when they decided to stay at the hotel, their registration was accepted.
"The cocaine was offered only to the 15-year-old, the drugs were in the possession of Rakipaj, who turned out to have a drug record, they stayed until morning, awaiting the forensics' response. At the moment when the three of them started to tell what happened, the crime of abuse has not yet been raised, but only of drugs ," said Hoxha.
