Analyst Ilir Demalia stated that the murders of the Haklajs in Tropoja were committed on Berisha's orders. He commented on the second complaint filed against former Prime Minister Berisha in SPAK by the Haklaj family, who accuse him of having ordered the murders. Demalia calls for the judiciary to launch investigations.
"The Haklaj murders were committed on Berisha's orders and it is known that this is also a recording and that Berisha was the cause of the Tropoja massacre. The issue must be clarified and the issue of the murders in Tropoja must also be opened as an issue. He was born and raised there and left Tropoja in the most miserable state. If there is one person who has harmed Tropoja, it is Sali Berisha. People were killed in Gërdec, in the Boulevard and the crime of death is never forgiven. Murder is not subject to statute of limitations ," he said.
Ilir Demalia also stated that SPAK should start working on the files for "Gërdec" and "January 21" after murders were committed.
"Berisha has committed corruption, everyone knows that Gërdeci broke out there. Is Gërdeci a crime? Gërdeci has not been investigated. Shkëlzen Berisha is in the Gërdeci file. Even SPAK, if it wants to do its job, should start with Gërdeci and the murders of January 21. They have committed murders and corruption. The misfortune of this country is that it has a discredited opposition. These are pathological liars," he said for "Report TV".
According to the Haklaj family, the second report provided evidence about the incident that occurred on June 21, 1997, when Fatmir Haklaj and 4 people were ambushed on the Milot Bridge. Two people died in the incident, one of the people was killed in the car, while the well-known guard Sokol Mulosmani died in the Laçi hospital after being seriously injured.
