Berisha and Rama against SPAK? Fevziu: They aim to scare prosecutors, but it is

There is a political debate, mostly in Albania, regarding the most "active" justice institution, which is the Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK).

While accusations from the opposition camp have dominated the last year, the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj initiated "critical" statements from the majority, and even from Prime Minister Edi Rama himself. It is precisely about this "atmosphere" that has been created that journalist Blendi Fevziu commented.

Through a link to Klan News, Fevziu emphasized that "each side becomes aggressive the moment the weight falls on its back."

"For the Special Prosecution Office, for the first time, the law was prepared by both parties themselves with 140 votes. I don't know what to say, each party becomes aggressive only when the burden falls on its back," says Fevziu.

According to the journalist, corrections are carried out by law, not by political statements that have only one goal.

"If we are going to talk about correcting things here, corrections are made by law, what things have not worked so far and are corrected. This is not done with political statements, they are made to scare prosecutors and are not the best way for me," he said.
