44-year-old Anila Prendushi was shot in the head by her partner, 34-year-old Kolë Manaj, on Tuesday morning in Shkodra, who after shooting his partner committed suicide.
Prendushi worked as a psychologist and sources indicate that the 44-year-old was the only one with income in the family and also supported her 34-year-old boyfriend who was not at work.
Klajd Xhelili, a psychotherapist who has worked with 44-year-old Anila Prendushi, told the People show on Euronews Albania that she is one of the best professionals in her field.
" I am a psychologist and in one of the organizations where I provided services, we worked together and I had the privilege of working with Anila. She is one of the best experts in the field of social services in Shkodra. She is a person who sacrifices for all marginalized groups. I hope she does well ," he told Euronews Albania.
