The lawyer of the former Prime Minister Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, has shown details of the continuation of the judicial process.
He said that the process and the basis on which the trial against Berisha is being conducted is irregular, since the judge who will make a decision on this case has been dismissed by the head of the KLD since 1996, when Berisha was at that time.
"If we talk about a criminal process, the basis of a process is the procedure and neither more nor less the procedure is the standard of a process and shows the path followed by the parties and is the guarantee for an orderly judicial process.
