Journalist Roland Qafoku has spoken about the postponement of the decision for former Prime Minister Berisha by GJKKO.
He emphasized that all this is happening because Berisha did not appear at SPAK when he was asked to.
Qafoku said that based on the information from the file, they are not looking at any criminal offense.
"I think that the measures of house arrest and 'prison arrest' are a consequence of the non-appearance of Berisha, who twice in prison would go to SPAK. With the information we have from the file, we are not looking at a criminal offense. And Maltezi is just a victim. Among those who should have been in the Prosecutor's Office would be Ministers, Deputy Ministers and not Malltezi, because he has not held a state post. For this matter, he has the legal misfortune of being the prime minister's son-in-law. What I would say is that the only point that confused this story was Berisha's non-appearance in SPAK", he said to "Euronews Albania".
