"Berisha is afraid to face justice", Dyrnjaja: What is hidden behind
Denis Dyrnjaja

Journalist Denis Dyrnjaja has commented on the chaos that the Reestablishment is creating in the Assembly by not allowing the plenary sessions as well as the meetings of the Commissions.

Dyrnjaja says that the function of the opposition is to control the majority and according to him the approach of the SP that does not allow the establishment of investigative commissions is wrong.

" This is the function of the opposition to control the movements of the majority. One of the instruments is investigative commissions. It is a wrong step of the majority to not allow them regardless of who is in the opposition, Meta, Berisha. Until there is a final decision, he must be presumed innocent. It is the right of the opposition to have the right to control the activities of the majority. I don't know if Rama makes the blocking story on purpose. These schemes are not necessary at all, we see the guard blocking the deputies" , he said.

He also has a comment about Ilir Meta.

The opposition has big problems. Everyone makes their own calculations in relation to politics and justice. The fact that the Meta maintains a kind of balance, the silence when given the measure is an indication. Even silence speaks. Meta is a player who knows the danger ," said Dyrnjaja.

As for the Partizan affair where Berisha refuses to appear in Court for the 'compulsion to appear' measure, journalist Dyrnjaja says that Berisha should have appeared in court like any other citizen. According to him, Berisha is afraid to face his past before justice, as he can no longer control it.

" Berisha has lost control over the courts and that's why he attacks them, he no longer has them and gives them uncertainty. The force he will convey is his inner fear of his past in front of the law. Berisha is the first who should set an example, go and face like any other citizen of the Republic of Albania. Everyone should be equal before the law. We need to challenge this law ," said the journalist.
