The prosecution registered the criminal proceedings for "Mistreatment of minors" related to the event that took place in the private kindergarten "Stinët" where a 3-year-old child's leg was allegedly broken under circumstances that are still unclear.
Majlinda Dehima is the educator who works in the private kindergarten "Stinët" in the Ali Demi area, who in the video published on the show "Stop" is suspected of abusing the girl with rulers and shovels.
The child's parents were notified by a phone call from the kindergarten at 3:00 p.m. after the minor was transported to pediatrics on November 1, 2023.
They told him from the kindergarten that the girl had been bitten by something and her leg was swollen. The doctors suggested taking him to the Trauma hospital, where the x-ray showed a fracture in the thigh.
