The session for examining the request of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha to participate in the plenary sessions was again postponed to the Special Appeal. The reason for the postponement was the lack of Prosecutors, while the next session is scheduled to take place on March 25 at 9:00.
"For professional reasons, they could not be present. There is a reason, there are two prosecutors, at least one should have been present. Another date was set, the next session will be held on March 25 at 09:00. We demand that Berisha participate in the plenary sessions. Without aligning politics in its position, they do not participate", said lawyer Gjokutaj.
We remind you that GJKKO assigned him the measure of 'house arrest' on December 30 of last year, for the case of the former Partizani complex.
