The words that the arrest warrant had been issued renewed Meta's attacks on SPAK, and every time the former president hits SPAK, it seems as if the waters calm down and the rumors of an arrest die down. More than SPAK's fears, this scenario looks like a bargain played out in secret. It has been talked about for a long time that Meta is trying to reach an agreement with justice and from what is seen, it seems that the negotiations are still going on.
This can also be seen in the way Meta attacks SPAK, where for two days he attacks the entire Special structure from head to toe, then the next day he behaves as if SPAK does not exist and does not even mention it at all. This is what happened at the beginning of Meta's "distraction", where after the furious attacks on SPAK, he suddenly changed his rhetoric, giving up attacks and threats, and even went so far as to say that the word "torollak" did not refer to Duman. but Edi Rama.
The same thing was repeated later, where after the words that he would be arrested, Meta appeared at the PL conference, threatened to send supporters to the door of SPAK. Meanwhile, a few days later at the PL Convention, the word SPAK or Altin Dumani was not mentioned at all.
The same story was repeated this week, where after word that he would be handcuffed on Tuesday, Meta resumed his attacks on the Special Prosecutor's Office.
After two or three days of statements in the media attacking SPAK and Dumani, today Meta took a break and remained silent. As we already learned with this story, Meta's silence means that he has reached an agreement with SPAK to postpone his arrest.
