The file of the rebuilding of the 9-year-old school in the village of Picar, with a contract value of 1.4 million Euros, which was supposed to be delivered on February 10, 2023, has been seized for investigation, but the works have been stopped due to an alleged lack of funds, while the mayor Blerim Sherra has made an additional estimate of 500,000 Euros, with the deception that unforeseen works have appeared
The tender file for the systemization-asphalting of the roads in the village "Marqinet 2", worth 530,000 Euros, which, according to the audit, was calculated as twice the real cost of the project, was seized, while the works were handed over before the project was completed.
Likewise, the tender file for the reconstruction of the "Isa Boletini" High School in Vora worth 2.8 million Euros.
But for the mayor of Vora, Blerim Sherra, in SPAK there is also a report for buying votes with money, rental bonuses, licenses, scholarships and employment in the Municipality, which mentions the fact that before the elections of May 14, 2023, he employed 118 employees more than organic structure of the Municipality./ Pamphlet
