Blendi Gonxhe seems to have started to feel the approach of SPAK. Edi Rama's minister is involved in many corruption scandals and has now started to remove responsibility from all issues that could endanger him.
A few days ago, " Pamphlet " denounced how, within one day, Gonxha signed three orders that passed to the Secretary General, Llambriola Misto, authorizations for tourist guide certificates, hotel categorizations, and agrotourism approvals.
But this is not the only case. Today, another decision was signed in the Official Gazette, where Gonxhe delegates the powers to sign tenders to the secretary.
" I order: the delegation of the powers of the head of the contracting authority, for the conduct of public procurement/competition procedures, for the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports, to the Secretary General of the Ministry, Ms. Llambriola Misto. 2. These powers will be exercised by the Secretary General, immediately upon the entry into force of this order. 3. The powers delegated in this order end upon its repeal or the cessation of the existence of the delegating or delegated body ," states the order dated December 23, but which entered into force today.
While exercising his duties at the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Tirana, the Directorate of Transport, the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, and through his private companies, Blendi Gonxhe has been involved in many corruption scandals. For none of them has he been criminally prosecuted.
But as he sees his colleagues knocking on SPAK's doors, Gonxha has started to take action. Many directors, former ministers, ministers or mayors have gone under because of tenders and it seems that Gonxha has stuck with the Secretary General.
Llambriola Misto, who comes from Kuçova, was previously Secretary General at the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, and Gonxhe took her with him to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports. So again Gonxhe is the one who dictates the deals, but in the end Llambriola signs. /Pamphlet

Bejini nje veting me standart amerikan Follow the Money dhe do te gjeni thesare te ky individ qe ia conte Bimbashit me kuti kepucesh 20 perqindshin gjobes ndertimit. Fatkeqesi qe ky individ shitet si simbol i ndershmerise. E gjitha shpura e tij e korruptuar, eshte bere si trupe shetitese qe i merr pas kudo qe shkon ky Mamuth. Stafin me te afert e ka ne Nivelin Master per aftesi korruptive. Ka dhe vesin e bixhozit se bashku ne kohet e arta ne Indrit Fortuzi. Se fundi e ka marre ne menaxhim bashkeshortja,kete monster qe eshte Arsen Lupeni i vertete ne Shqiperi.
@Feniks, ke te drejte. Eshte kokrra e batakçiut bashke me shpurren e tij te hajduteve. Ndaj them qe me keto cilesi ose RamaSali ta emeroje ZvKM ne vend te Belles ose Baromi ta emeroje KM pas dorreheqjes se RamaSalos. Kete SP menduam se e kishte prurje te re por dhe kjo na dualli kuadro e Like Floriut…
