It is learned that today the police have detained her, after she is suspected of threatening a foreign citizen, identified with the initials MM, through messages.
Bime is also suspected of having burned the bed in the apartment of her former roommate, Mareglen Tomori, on another occasion, which is located near "Hysen Gjura" street in the Kinostudio area.
Tomori has a 3-story villa in this area and for some time had employed a foreigner with a residence permit in Albania who lived on the first floor of the villa and took care of the garden. Bime went to the apartment where she clashed with the foreign citizen and then burned her ex-partner's bed. She then continued to send threatening messages to the foreign citizen. For this reason, Tomori himself filed a complaint with the police.
Alma Bime has held the position of Director of Migration, Asylum and Anti-Trafficking Policies at the Ministry of Interior for several years.
In September of this year, Tirana Police arrested Mareglen Tomorin, director of the International Police Organization (IPO), on suspicion of having exercised physical violence against his cohabitant, Alma Bime.
The incident allegedly took place in the couple's apartment in Tirana. After the physical violence, the MB officer notified her blue uniformed colleagues, who arrested Mareglen Tomori.
The prosecution at that time registered a criminal proceeding for the criminal offense of "domestic violence", while the security measure "prison arrest" was assigned to her.
