Snow and frost, the police appeal to vehicle drivers: Drive carefully!

The State Police has appealed to the drivers of the vehicles as the bad weather and snowfall have engulfed the country.

The police call for drivers to drive carefully, keep a safe distance from other vehicles on the road, do not make wrong passes, do not use mobile phones while driving and wear seat belts.

"All the employees of the Traffic Police have gone to the field, to manage the circulation of vehicles and to help the drivers who requested help by calling 112.

Due to heavy rainfall and snow in some areas, there is an increased presence of water and snow on urban and interurban roads, which creates difficulties in the circulation of vehicles and pedestrians. The contracting firms for the maintenance and cleaning of the roads are working intensively to clean the snow and inerts that fall as a result of the rains", the police informs.
